In this meditation we are intending to fully support the interconnection between our Personal Christ spirit to run light codes and frequencies into our Cerebrospinal fluid, and to maximize its highest functioning for our body. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) circulates throughout and around the CNS, it stores light and energy current from our soul and spirit.   The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) bathes, nourishes and protects the brain and spinal cord, and as well contains the breath of life that is given from the inner spirit.  A plexus of cells produce the cerebrospinal fluid in the ventricles of the brain. The CSF communicates with the brain and instructs it what to do. CSF substances regulates how new neurons are formed in the brain, and it also receives filtered light coded information from the Thalamus. Beloved God, and the Holy Spirit of Christ-Sophia within me, Please run the eternal radiance of luminous and loving light throughout my breath directly penetrating every cell and pore of my energy and physical matrix, into the nucleus my cells, into my DNA RNA and Blood, throughout my [[CNS]], [[Brain]] and circulate the spiritual frequency throughout my CSF. In your mind’s eye see the spark of your inner spiritual light, the inner Christ, travelling with each inhaling breath to circulate throughout your Cerebrospinal Fluid and follow its movement surrounding your brain, Spinal Cord and CNS. See a thin tube of light completely encasing your brain, and follow it down your spinal column to the tailbone, and then back up to your skull, encircling your brain and compelling the circuit.
